United KingdomReally good location, with shopping centre next door and lots of shops nearby. Facilities are excellent and the hotel lobby smells lovely of jasmine. Staff are also friendly and help with any queries. We had a bit of trouble booking tickets for an attraction and the front desk Manager Mason li went above and beyond to help us book them. When we couldn't book using our passports, he helped us to call the helpline and then explore all the avenues to book.
