They had everything we needed and more, washing machine, cafe and restaurant, table tennis, billiards. They also had different things on you could join in with, like a walk, pool night, explore the markets nearby (would recommend checking them out on your own or with the hostel). The place has a great friendly and relaxed atmosphere. And there's a couple roaming cats that are good cuddle buddies in the cafe. They also have a great drinks menu (iced coffees and teas, fancy delicious things). I'd stay here again if I return to Kunming 😊

I have to thank the receptionist boy for not only bringing my luggage up to the 9th floor but also giving me an ethernet cord for wifi connection to my computer! Previously I did NOT get any wifi on my laptop computer so was desperate in need of wifi for the laptop! He helped me big time! Thank him!

The hotel is chic and clean, location was convince, and have some Nice cafe and restaurants around, the neighbourhood are safe. Super friendly staff especially king and Oliver the manger. They really take care of you. And the room is chic and the amenity was great too .

The staffs are helpful friendly and always offer help when requested. They are well trained with highly etiquette. Few worth mentioning occasions are a concierge staff offer to drive me near to the lake where I wanted to go baggie and show me the hotel surrounding. Gardening staff politely wait for guests to walk past them before carry on their jobs. Staff try their best to extend for me a late check out where by flight is at mid-night. A management staff offer to bring me to the correct lobby lift and more. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you and will come again as along as you maintain your high standard service and pricing.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. In particular, Yang Li spent a long time helping us purchase rail tickets to Xishuangbanna, and recommending local restaurants.
