I have to thank the receptionist boy for not only bringing my luggage up to the 9th floor but also giving me an ethernet cord for wifi connection to my computer! The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. In particular, Yang Li spent a long time helping us purchase rail tickets to Xishuangbanna, and recommending local restaurants.
