I stayed at Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa for six nights and absolutely loved it. The resort is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with an amazing spa and very caring staff.
A special thanks to Maria, the guest manager, for her kindness and attention - she made my stay truly comfortable. When my flight was suddenly canceled, the hotel arranged an extra night quickly and smoothly.
Everything was handled with such professionalism and warmth. The cute teddy bear gift was the sweetest touch! 🧸 Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sanya.

Excellent experience in many respects. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Especially great was it was in 9th floor and from the balcony had almost a 270°view. Also, the breakfast buffet exceeded our group's expectations with a great selection of coffees, entrees, even dessert & fruits, and beverages.
The location could not have been better... conveniently located next to the beach and so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Could be the BEST stay we have experienced at a hotel/resort.
