Lovely hotel and located in a fantastic area to discover Shanghai. Wonderful and very helpful staff especially at the reception. Special mention to Mrs. Constanze and Mr. Robin from the front desk which helped us so much to discover the city and gave us precious advice on where to go and what to do. Special thanks to them both. The room was excellent nothing was missing to feel well. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, all in all a great experience in a great city.

Excellant position on the Bund, best view ever from our room!! Very comfortable room and large choice for breakfast. Only the additional food in the hotel is relatively expensive, better find a restaurant or tea-room in the surrounding.

We came to Shanghai to spend our anniversary and we opted for Westin Bund Center hotel, as we know that they always have central position and great fitness :) the reservation desk kindly upgraded our room (thank you so much for this) and got us a cake with “happy anniversary “ ❤️❤️ so so sweet! The service from staff is good, especially the fantastic service provided by one of the male staff, too bad I don't know his name. He had helped us with a fast check out, quick and efficient changing to another room that we preferred, given clear instructions on how to travel around the city. View from bar is fantastic!!
