The accommodation is close to all Shanghai main attractions as well as closer to the Metro lines with connection toward all directions! The team managing the property are amazingly careful, always supportive and with the best intentions to help in having a good overall Shanghai experience (@Ben and Team, you are fantastic!) The rooms are spacious, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the stay and feel like home! Cleaning is perfect and I always found my room so neat and clean, even I specifically did not wanted my bedclothes changed every day (and that did not happened) but they looked like . I had an amazing stay and cannot recommend the property more as it is so convenient and with such high level of services! Thank you all there!

I really liked the location (very central), the design of the rooms was nice, the rooms were very clean. This hotel offers free laundry and drying service, which is amazing. On the last day of my check out, smth happened to my internet connection, so one of the guys working in the hotel helped me order a taxi to the airport, which I’m very thankful for.

Reception staff was helpful , The lady I think her name is Freya, was very very helpful in arranging the room for us. Location is near the train station , very convenient to move around. A lot restaurants and shops near by . Breakfast was okay with different mix to choose from. Did not manage to use their facilities like the pool and the gym. Would stay again the next visit ,
