We stayed for three nights in this hotel to visit Zhangjiajie national park and Grand canyon. The staff was very helpful, gave us tips and a marked map to navigate easily in the park. All the reception ladies are very helpful, they made our trip a lot easier.
We had a room on the third floor with a balcony. The room was equipped with all the necessities, housekeeping was everyday. Breakfast was in chinese style.
Location is optimal, it's around 15 min. walk from the park entrance.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Really friendly lovely inn. Family room was spacious and very clean. The owners were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. It was an ideal base to explore the area and near a lot of nice restaurants.

Emer and her family were amazing. Very friendly and extremely helpful. She planned out my whole trip for me with very precise detail, based on my preferences (it helps that her English is perfect). Just sit back haha.
It was also more comfortable than other hostels for cleanliness, space and water quality (fresh cold, warm and hot water).
Emer is also a fantastic cook.
I can't recommend the hostel enough - it's one of the gems in my years of travelling.

Because I was traveling in December, I was concerned by heating facilities in the hotel. Despite in common premises (like elsewhere during the winter) was quite cold, the proper air conditioning system in our room makes our stay very comfortable. Heating system works perfectly well. I also emphasize the perfect location of hotel - 7 min walking from the main gates to the park and very good restaurants nearby.
