Great stay at this hotel. Wifi was strong never lost a signal, and streamed Netflix without an issue. Hotel is new and modern. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good. I will give one piece of advice to anyone coming here though, if you find that your air conditioner is not properly working just go to the front desk and let them know. They seem to have some kind of energy saving central air system that does not let your room cool to your temperature. I went to the front desk thinking the unit was not working but that is not the case. Once you tell the front desk they go into their computer system and take off the block which allows you to use the AC to its full capacity.

Service was excellent..Nielson at the swimming pool was always asking how he could help and when ever i needed the Turkish bath on he would go and turn it on ..Very helpful..The last day of my stay I was rushing to get back to Cartagena and when i left the room I totally forgot my bag on the safe with my Passport ,credit cards ,and money.Mr Serrano, head of security called me to tell me that i had left the bag on the safe. He personally check the bag, put it on a plastic bag and arrange to send it to me to Cartagena. He went well beyond his duty..I am very thankful with him..I am very happy with the service of the hotel. EXCELLENT...

Quality hotel at best location. Very good breakfast and always the best service there from Freddy, Fatima, Luis and Sara. At the entry we always was met by Rafael and his big smile and always helpful. A really good hotel and a new favourite for us in Barranquilla.

Friendly staff, a very beautiful hotel with a spacious lobby, fully accessible. Rooms are accessible. A beautiful elevator with natural plants and marble floors with the hotel logo is featured. There's a small pool with goldfish. There's a piano at the entrance. Two elevators are available. There's also a restaurant where you can dine and order room service. The pool is divided into two sections—one for children and one for adults. A cozy relaxation area with sun loungers is located near the pool. Plenty of living plants. The spacious room includes air conditioning, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a TV, a safe, a table, a chair, and high-speed internet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toiletries, and towels. Rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel is very well thought out, both in terms of location and service. The service is always top-notch, charming, and tranquil. Breakfast has three sections: hot food, fruit, and coffee. Each section has a huge food section. There's plenty of fruit and freshly squeezed juice, bananas, and Colombian fruit. There are several types of cheese, including feta cheese. Coffee and hot chocolate are available. The hot dish consists of stewed chicken, Colombian rice, an omelet, and pastries such as Colombian pies. Nearby is the Peruvian restaurant Itamar Restaurante Peruano (2 minutes), supermarket D1 (7 minutes), supermarket Olimpica (7 minutes), and Galeria 72 Barranquilla, a shopping mall for souvenirs, (14 minutes). On weekends, there are many celebrations, weddings, and holidays, and during the week, business groups and conferences. The hotel is located at the intersection of five roads, making it a safe and quiet area.

Amazing place to stay. Location, breakfast, personnel at front desk, and bellboy, sorrounding by good restaurants, especially the ones across the street. Easy access to get around by taxi. Everyone gave lot of hospitality. As soon you enter hotel smells sweet and clean, deco was a great pluz.

Amazing place, with a very comfortable room, great breakfast and a lovely Italian restaurant next to it. The neighbourhood is calm and we felt very safe walking, even in the evening. I have only great things to say about this place and highly recommend this location.
