Sonesta overbooked so I had no room.
It was no problem though they arranged me a super new hotel at a good rate in a great area. The staff member was super professional and I was happy to move. They also provided me transport so it was appreciated. So thank you Sonesta for your professional epxerience.

The service is impeccable, the food is incredible, the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was terribly comfortable. All in all very happy with this stay. No problems with noise or any of the usual issues one can experience in hotels. It had been quite a while since I saw such a good breakfast too ; many choices of high quality food. The kitchen staff is amazing. I browsed through older reviews and it seems like the hotel took criticisms seriously as I typically couldn't relate to them.

The location was perfect and the rooms and facilities were spot on and the members of staff that we met were lovely. There were lovely restaurants nearby and the are area was safe to walk around. We just loved it here.

Excellent location in a safe high end neighborhood with lots of options for eating etc. Room was a bit small, but very clean and modern and with a comfortable bed. Excellent wifi in a city where it has been overall unreliable in the last year. Owned by a very friendly and helpful couple.

Great amenities around including shops (Unicentro shopping centre, éxito, Carulla and ara supermarkets for every budget), restaurants and plenty of money exchange shops.
Host is very helpful and supportive.
