I love the rooftop at Viajero! It's such a great social environment. The staff at Viajero are amazing! My friends Jota and Angie always throw an amazing party! The bartenders, John, Marlo, Ezekiel, Harbey, and Sylvie, are always whipping up some delicious cocktails and working hard. The cleaning staff always make sure the entire hostel is spotless even with all the messy tourists. The reception people always smile and give their attention no matter what you need! I love this place and I recommend it to everyone all the time.

Everything. Would always come back. Best hotel I visited in Colombia so far and at a good price. Very clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds, good shower, good desk for work, lots of lights, windows to open, quiet place, educated and polite staff. All good.

The hotel was so beautiful. The décor and colour scheme in the room was the relaxing and well fitted out. The bed was so comfy and pillows like clouds. The shower, amazing!
Then you had the top floor. Amazing views of the city whilst soaking in the pool. Just incredible.
The staff where so friendly and Louis on the front desk was the best. He made me feel right at home and was always so very helpful and patient when I attempted Spanish.

The hostel really looks like the pictures on the website. It is in a great location and is in a bit quieter area of Poblado. The staff doesn't really speak English, but they are very kind and helpful. They will use translators to communicate and really support you via a WhatsApp chat. There was not a single request they didn't grant. There was this nice guy with a dog who carried my big suitcase up and down for me every time. I would definitely stay there again and the price for value is wonderful! I can also recommend the laundry service.
