Apto Morabeza T2 Praia is an excellent apartment in a very pleasant area of the city (Palmarejo). Ricardo and Sandra are very hospitable, they provided me with a small tour of the area (shops, restaurants, access to public transport) and information on the city etc.
I stayed in the apartment by myself but it is set up to fit 4 people comfortably. It was new, very clean, well kept and very comfortable. And last but not least, the shower has wonderful hot water.
I was so surprised that the hosts offered me a lift to Cidade Velha (14 km away) when they had to be there for a family function on my day of arrival. It saved me lots of time, especially as Ricardo and his family showed me around the harder to reach sights (fort high above the town) and offered historical context to fort, ruins, church etc. but most of all, I enjoyed their hospitality.
Will come back here for sure, if I happen to travel to Praia again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dolce Vita. Especially, the support and service of Neves was quite nice. The apartment is the most well equipped, we have been ever to. Here, you get a completely kitchen with all basic spices and stuff like at home. We can really recommend the apartment!
PS: If you travel from the airport, take the opportunity to get to the apartment with Neves. Less stress and easier to find :)

The property is nice, very clean, big and wellcoming. There were fruits and milk and juice for us on our arrival. Our host was amaizing and very helpfull. She helped us with everything - transportation, directions, way around. The neighbourhood is quite and it's not far - 17min walk - from Praia's sea side restaurants.

The apartment was great, with big rooms and all the necessary kitchen appliances. It was well-decorated and very comfortable. It's within walking distance of a walking lane and has some restaurants nearby. It's easy to grab a taxi and go around. The internet was good. The communication with the manager (Janilson) was very good - he promptly answered all of our questions and quickly supported us with any issues.

Staying at the Spacious Penthouse with BBQ and Views was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views from the terrace—truly the best spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and incredibly spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The BBQ on the private terrace was a fantastic touch—we had an amazing dinner while watching the sunset over the city.
The location is also perfect! Close to everything—restaurants, shops, and the beach—yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and stunning views, this is the place to book. I can’t wait to come back!
