We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are big and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff from reception very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The lady from breakfast, Gina, was so nice with us. Helped us with all the information we needed, lovely lady ( thank you, Gina).

Location is great as it’s walking distance to the main shopping district in Rudolfplatz and I can actually walk to the Cologne main station where the Cathedral is just by following the red signages. This hostel has embodied all the best practices I have seen staying in hostels all over the world, curtains for every cubicle, one light for each cubicle & a ledge to put our stuff near our beds, individual lockers, warm showers, hairdryer, towels, the entire hostel is neat, clean, warm during winter and the staff are all cheerful and helpful. My female-only dorm is supposed to be ballet-themed which adds a nice touch.

Wonderful hotel, perfect location, they even allowed us to check in earlier. Everything is new, clean and made with love. But honestly the best part are the people working in there, Lisa was super nice and made our stay unforgettable! The place was easy to locate and they were incredibly nice. They allowed me to do an early check-in, which was a lifesaver. Both the host and the person who cleaned rooms were kind and available. I went just the one day; but I'm saving the place in case I come back in the future.

It was a very pleasent stay. Comfortable bed and a clean and nice bathroom. Walking distance to everything you needed, like stores and restaurants. We stayed here for the night to visit Phantasialand and it was perfect for us, because you could walk under ten minutes to the station where the shuttle bus departed from. The host was very helpful and explained very clearly about the accommodation and gave recommendations about restaurants we could visit.
