Everything was clean and wonderful. The only thing was that they forgot to make the bed for the third guest. But they replied to me at 1:30 am about where to find everything I needed. The terrace at the top of the apartment is fantastic.

The hotel was very well managed. The staff very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is in a nice residential part of the city and it is very calm. the tram station is quite near the hotel and it is easy to move to the city center. We highly recommend this hotel.

Helpful friendly English speaking staff who.helped me on my very early arrival in the late morning, to park the car in their private parking I had pre-booked and issue a one day travel card (which they put on my account) for the trams so I could get around immediately. Then on departure another member of staff offered to raise the parking barrier so I didn't have to get out of my car. What service!! The room was enormous and very well appointed. Breakfast was a foodies heaven with a very wide buffet choice and hot food to pre-order
