Orangerie is a small, well-situated hotel (walking distance from the town centre, the Old City, and the Rhine river). ALL the staff were exceedingly pleasant and welcoming. It doesn't have the stereotyped, cold atmosphere of big hotels. Definitely a bonus. As was the excellent breakfast.

The house is so beautiful and the apartment is exceptional with lovely original features. In a great location a 10 minute walk to a choice of 2 train stations. It was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. The 3 double rooms were a generous size, with lots of hooks and storage. Petra is a great host, very friendly and helpful and has made things just prefect for guests. Thank you Petra. Will certainly be back if we're in the area again.

A wonderful hotel that is absolutely beautiful. It's like stepping into a fairytale, but not in a cheesy way. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a tram and bus line quite close to the hotel, and the added public transport pass made getting around super easy.
