The staff was very friendly, the hotel room clean and the hotel is in a very nice area on walking distance from the zoo, berger strasse (area with a lot of restaurants. cafes and bars) and the city center. Our highlight was that our dog felt very welcome as well: the room contained a water bowl, a snack, and some tips about where to walk with a dog and what the local rules are. Thanks!
