The room and bed was comfortable. The room has a bluetooth speaker, in which you can connect your phone via bluetooth and listen to music. The lounge area or reception area is very nice and has a nice ambient. For a reasonable price it is a good stay in Hamburg. You can also do self check in. There's an option of having to do room service or instead of roomservice, you van opt for a free drink instead.

From the moment we came in, the staff seemed delighted we were there. We had booked a private room, which was large and comfortable, and the amenities were beyond what I expected. I don’t think I’ve ever seen tampons freely available, for example!
