The property felt very new and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and decently sized!! There was even salt and dishwashing essentials, so I didn't need to buy anymore. There were metro stations nearby. And the location felt safe and was relatively quiet. Check-in and the keyless entry system were super easy to use. There is a Rewe supermarket just around the corner (2-minute walk). The closet had plenty of hangers (~20) available. There is a self-service laundry nearby (8-min walk) that accepted card payments (SB-Waschcenter Balla-Balla on Google Maps). The heating system (radiators you can adjust) was adequate for winter in February (reached -1ºC outside). Wifi was fast and had no issues. It's perfect for a solo traveller who wants to save money on food by cooking. Two might be okay, if you're not spending the whole day inside.

This 4-star hotel is located in Hamburg's popular St. Georg/Hohenfelde district, just 200 metres from the Alster Lake. It offers free WiFi throughout the property.

One of the best hotels we have been with my wife. Everything starting from the staff all the way to the room was amazing. There is a very nice bar on the ground floor with amazing drinks and food. Also, the breakfast was great although slightly overpriced (in my opinion) but it’s totally worth it to try at least once.

Everything was perfect. Very good price in a calm location for all the assets of the twin room. Close to 3 metro stations and 2 groceries store. 10/10 would recommend and will comeback!

After arriving at the Sleep hotel by the station initially by mistake, we were delighted to arrive at this accommodation. On a lovely tree lined street with bright beautiful buildings. Gaining entry was painless to be met with a beautiful staircase up to our room "Alster". The room was huge with 2 double beds and 2 floor beds for children. There were 4 of us and we just slept in the beds.

When I booked this one I was skeptical because of the reviews and what I read about it. But, I must say it exceeded my expectations, none of the stuff I read was true (at least based on my experience). The location of the hotel was amazing. Quiet street, but right behind the U-Bahn, so I didn’t even have to worry about going to places. It is exactly what you need when you’re in the city for a short time and want to do all of your activities. Good view and very very clean.
