Great location, easy walking distance to the main railway station and to tons of shops and restaurants. Great staff, always friendly, attentive and willing to help. Nice size room, VERY comfy bed and a spotless bathroom/shower. The check-in desk and bar are open 24 hours, so my personal shout-out goes to Madina, who checked me in late and then kept me company at the bar for a couple of hours to get rid of some jet lag and to Gina,who also worked some nights and always had some good suggestion for great places to eat. My thanks to both ladies for their help and friendly disposition

The spacious and quiet room, the central location. The good breakfast. The very helpful and friendly young woman on the desk. She went out of her way to come to the room to help with the television when we were not able to figure it out, and very quickly showed us (not complicated). Good tv channels, including BBC news.

First of all, a beautiful and pleasant hotel. The family room we stayed in was huge and well designed, very comfortable beds, we really liked it. Helpful and generous staff, standard breakfast but was excellent. The hotel is in a very good location, the city center, there is parking and in general an excellent hotel for its price. If we are in the area we will return to the same hotel. Recommend to everyone.
