Everyone is so nice here. When I arrived in the morning (hours before the check-in time) the owner/manager lady promised to prepare my bed as early as possible after hearing that I spent the previous night on a night bus. I also got a tour of the hostel and could hang out there drinking the free coffee until my bed was ready while my suitcase was secured in a storage room. I also asked for a bottom bed and I got it :) Best hostel I ever stayed at!

Beautiful, fully equipped, tidy apartment with very neat design. The building is literally in the middle of old town, everything you need is in walking distance. Dieter was very nice and easy to contact. He also left some welcome surprises for us. We would absolutely book this place over and over again!

Excellent modern,clean and well equipped apartment in a great location just off the river and the main street. Several nice terraces. Secure parking and supermarket very close. The castle vernicular railway is only a short walk away.

Very nice stylish rooms in the center of Heidelberg nice breakfast, comfortable beds. We had some problems with our key card when we arrived with no personnel on sight we were a bit worried but it was fixed with a phonecall

This hotel is situated at the foot of the historic Heidelberg Castle. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning and Heidelberg-Altstadt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.

The staff who run the hotel are extremely kind and thoughtful. Breakfast is also fantastic! Will absolutely stay again if I go back to Heidelberg.
