The property is placed in a very convenient location, because is has plenty of space for parking and if you don’t have a personal vehicle, there is a bus stop right across the street. From the outside, and its location in an industrial area, the Heidelberg Appartements do not look fancy - BUT inside, the apartment was lovely and had everything we wanted, including cooking facilities. And while the neighbourhood is not pretty, it felt safe, there was good parking, and it’s just a few minutes walk to a gigantic supermarket or to the Rohrbach-Sud tram/bus station. So, we could leave the car behind, and venture into Heidelberg without having to worry about parking. All very easy - and the staff were lovely and helpful.

The experience as a whole honestly. Since I was doing my reservation I was treated kindly, they were accommodating of my request for an after hours check-in and prepared everything in advanced, they also helped me book a taxi as I had to leave very early to catch a bus.
