Bas at reception and your colleague from El Salvador at the breakfast buffet stood out with their friendliness and customer service. Loved the chia apple pudding at breakfast and that it was not too crowded at the breakfast buffet. The location is great, very close to the train station. Even though I arrived 2 hours before check-in time, I was able to check into my room. The room was really clean. The room I stayed in was very quiet as I wanted, even though the elevator was under renovation at the time of my stay. Also, the friendly staff is very helpful.
