Carmen and her team have been absolutely fantastic with their hospitality. This little gem is all that I had hoped it would be, and more. As the mother of a young girl travelling solo for the first time ever, Gasthaus Stappen has been home away from home for her. Warm service, smiles and kindness - oh my gosh, and THE FOOD !! Exemplary 🤩 We had to cut short our visit, but we will return very soon. Highly highly recommended ✨

Really nice, quiet apartment in Mönchengladbach. Clean, modern and comfortable self-catering room with electronic access. Everything I could need was provided, even coffee! Super friendly communications with the management team. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We were welcomed by the host on arrival, who showed us the accommodation, but was not intrusive. The accommodation is in a very quiet residential area, and has a designated parking space in front of the property. The accommodation was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay, Comfortable beds with good quality linen. There is a lovely verandah at the front of the property, which is ideal for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine. A fabulous orange Smeg fridge/freezer is in the kitchen!

the hotel is great, exactly like one of the little gems that you dream about finding when you travel. it is a small family hotel, run by the son and the mother. i loved the custom breakfast, i loved the room, everything was very clean and functional. the scenery outside my window was of the romantic backyard & garden with a nut tree that was having gorgeous yellow autumn leaves. it was great, everything about this place was much better than expected.

Absolutely stunning apartment in a beautiful location. Nice and quiet countryside that was ideal for walking the dogs. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend a visit.
