Extremely comfortable and clean. A spacious room. The hotel has an elevator which made carrying luggage easy. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. In a lovely location, just a tram ride away from the city Centre.

The location and facilities of the apartment was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was well used by us due to the warm sunny days. Having the metro, shops and restaurants so close was useful.

I liked that the staff were very accommodating and responsive to messages. The bed was very comfortable, very clean beddings, and nice big pillow. I highly recommend this place.

Shower had strong flow. The third bed (sofa bed) was larger than expected. Close to a few good restaurants and to tram.

Good location: 20 min by tram from the city centre, the tram station near the hotel. Good family cafe near and bakeries. Good personal. You can do late check-in, because they can just leave a key in the keybox. Free and fast wifi. Very clean. I booked the room with private bathroom and toilet, so it was good.

The room was modern, not large but enough for a short stay (22 m2). I slept well. I really liked the possibility of opening the windows. In fact, modern hotels tend to have rooms without this option and relaying just on internal ventilation system. Which makes some noise in the room during nights and I don't like that. But this was not the case for this hotel. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the facility in general. And the most important, the breakfast was great. :-) Unlike in the other hotels with large coffee machines, espressos tasted good. Lastly, the personnel deserves a 10+.

This hotel offers a sauna, gym and free WiFi. It is quietly located in Munich, just an 8-minute walk from Maillingerstraße Underground Station.

Very nice boutique hotel, close to Munich center. Pleasant staff. Superb breakfast, much better comparing to similar hotels. Definitely to recommend.
