The room was nicely located with a large window and french balcony. The area is very green and went for a 12 km run in the neighbourhood. This is a very new hotel and everything is clinically clean and has nice large rooms, with high ceiling clearance. Close to shopping options and the train station to travel into Munich City. Travelled with my own car, and there was free parking outside the Hotel and the small roads leading up to it.

The hotel is not located in the most convenient place for public transportation Requires a walk of about 8 minutes to the subway Breakfast 15 euros per person The rooms are comfortable and clean No fridge and safe Despite everything, the hotel gives full value We took two rooms Connecting rooms are not possible A family with two children was more comfortable with connecting rooms The location is not ideal But without a doubt for the price it is very worth it And yes I would return to this hotel without a doubt

We were on a family trip so ourselves with 2 kids (9yrs & 11yrs). We stayed in a suite which slept 4 very comfortably. The room was absolutely lovely, so big and spacious. The staff were so nice, couldn't have been nicer, very friendly and gave us great advice about places to eat and places to visit. The breakfast was delicious, mainly continental but some hot food too. The location of the hotel was ideal. Just a short walk to the U station, we loved the location, its a perfect base for getting around and seeing Munich It's located right across from where Octoberfest is, which now has big tents which have food, music and markets, we went twice to this area (reccomended by a lovely staff member in the hotel). My parents and brother and sister in law also stayed the same time as us and they loved it too. Its not just a family type hotel there were business people and couples there too. We will 100% be going back to this hotel, can't reccomend it enough.
