everything was super great. Bianka was very cool, she didn't mind us coming later than i previously texted. the place is super comfy, metro station is 3 mins away by foot, neighbourhood is very peaceful and lovely and has all you need within short walks reach. we arrived by car, public parking is in front of the house, free and safe. everything was clean, we slept super good, and the breakfast is beyond words. we totally enjoyed our stay and definitely would come here again, every time.

I have only positive experience.I was there with my daughter.There was a little bit noisy in our bathroom at the night.Manager immediately changed the room.Swimming pool was clean and warm.Breakfast was wonderful. I want to thank the staff for the good attitude.

Staff at reception very pleasant and efficient. Everything very clean. It is located about 20-25 minutes from the center, 10 minutes walk to the metro , but very easy. Quiet area and without any problem to return at night. Public transport in Munich perfect.
