Traveling with our two energetic Labradors can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, but this hotel went above and beyond to make us and our furry companions feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and compliments for our four-legged friends. Our Labradors were treated like royalty with a thoughtful bag of treats as a welcome package. It's clear that the staff genuinely adore pets and are committed to creating a pet-friendly haven for all guests. Our breakfast experience at this hotel was beyond compare. Not only did they offer a rich and diverse spread, but they also catered to our needs effortlessly. The staff quickly set up a baby seat for our little one, ensuring that our family felt comfortable from the moment we sat down. The real star of the show was Mrs. Vesna, who tirelessly kept bringing out delectable delights from the kitchen. Her dedication to making sure we had everything we needed was heartwarming. As if that wasn't enough, they surprised us with a takeaway bag full of fruits and croissants for our journey ahead. Despite the garage being full, they made special arrangements for us to use a spot reserved for Diamond members. To our astonishment, upon checkout, the staff informed us that the parking fee was entirely waived, as we were only staying for one night. This gesture truly exemplifies their commitment to guest satisfaction. Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of remarkable. The warm and genuine hospitality, coupled with their pet-friendly approach, awesome breakfast, and parking convenience, left us absolutely delighted.
