There is a supermaket at walking distance too.
Quite neighbor hood. Just sufficient space for single person (since I was travelling alone)

Very important!! => Payment is done directly to the host, not via Booking, initially we were afraid it might be a scam, we called booking and they said that they are partnering with this host for almost 2 years now and indeed, we did direct IBAN transfer to the host and everything was as expected.
Property was located in a very nice area, lots of shops and places to visit.
Very good restaurants nearby and well connected with S-Bahn.

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station — not too close, but convenient enough that you don’t need to take a bus. It’s also surrounded by shops, restaurants, and stores. The staff were warm and accommodating; they even let us check in early and made sure the bed suited our comfort. The bathroom was just the right size, and the cozy room had plenty of outlets for charging. They also offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which was a huge plus.

The hotel receptionist Mr. Vinicius was welcoming and professional. He booked me a very beautiful room. He also gave me a very informative insight on Stuttgart city. I found that very helpful. Rooms are very intelligent designed. From enough light in the bathroom, a shower large enough to not hit your head and butt on the walls, ample space in the room, the small table, working desk with enough outlets, good mini bar - just so many positive details
