Hotel was nice, the room pretty small. Had a room with two beds but there was not room enough to make space between them, so they were just one big bed. The check-in took forever compared to every hotel I have tried, as they needed a lot of information to rent out a parking spot. Plus city tax was added to the hotel fee and had to be paid in cash. The restaurant had the fastest service on the other hand almost ninja fast 🥷 Breakfast was everything I could imagine, there was even wine chilling next to the milk!

It was in perfect location in the centre of the town. An easy check in and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room were immaculate, I think this place has recently been refurbished. The breakfast was good with lots of options. If I am ever in Wernigerode in the future, I would definitely book a room in Am Nico :-)

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The facilities were fantastic, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. My room was perfectly sized just for me — spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. But what truly stood out to me was the pool — it was absolutely mind-blowing! Clean, beautifully kept, and such a relaxing space to spend time in. Honestly, everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was an amazing stay all around.

The location of the apartment was very good, close to the center, apartment was big, clean, nice furnished, good enough equipped kitchen, nice covered parking spot.
