We had a really great time during our winter holiday in January. The weather also was good at this period. Food was better than expected. Every evening a different kind of barbecue. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every problem during our stay was fixed immediately. Excellent for Families

People: Very helpful. I had lactose intolerance so I received special care which is not common in other 5* hotels 👍 What is important, I felt pleased not pushed by staff attitude. Food: Excellent - many restaurants also possibility to use restaurants from other close hotels in case of interest. Bars available - easy access to waters/drinks/snack(e.g bruschetta). Rooms: Very clean. We had junior suite/recommend/ with nice extra living room and big balcony with part covered for shadow. Other: As I am active I liked possibility to run/walk through other hotels + well equipped gym with nice views of the bay.

It was our second stay at this hotel. It was even better than first time one year ago, which was also exceptional. The hotel is clean, well maintained. I want to appreciate especially the staff - everybody is so kind, smiling, helpful. The food in main restaurant is tasty, waiters and cooks are hardworking, We visited also other restaurants for dinners that were for free -mediterranean, italian, asian, mexican -the food and service was excellent. The pools in march were heated -family pool, aquapark pool. Aquapark is well organised, the staff is doing very good job. The beach is nice. The room was spacious , wifi is everywhere.

With a Moorish-style façade framed by palm trees, this all-inclusive hotel on Makadi Bay. Beach towels and a beach bag are provided in the rooms.

The hotel is a real huge water world full of little surprises for kids and adults. The staff at the reception ( Amir, Mohammed Ramadan, Mahmoud Abdalaziz ) and all around the hotel were just marvellous in all aspects.
