First of all, the staff was very sweet and helpful, I felt at home when I was with them.They even kept my bag for me when I came here from another city after my trip.The lower entrance of the building is a bit old and neglected, but when you enter the facility itself is new and beautiful. The appartment is very clean, Abdel-Awal and Taher took care of the smallest of our needs. Abdel-Awal is the best host I've ever had and the Yaacoubian Suites is a very pleasant place to stay in Cairo.
