The staff was super good especially keko and mostafa dishaa, they really welcomed us and took care of us. We also did the tours with them, super worth it and value for money, especially the driver Sarwat, he was amazing and we really enjoyed the whole tours, he spoke good English and take us to eat really good food.

Uber pick up outside is easy - about 200 to the Grand museum and similar to the citadel. 15 mins walk to old museum.

Élégance Hotel is very nice, very clean and with perfect amenities. The location is perfect to visit Cairo, and the neighborhood nice and calm. Very nice hotel everything is clean the room,bathroom. Very nice breakfast. Friendly people. They have helped me with taxi to go to my meetings and then to the airport. They make me feel like I’m home. I would like to thank everybody there and I will see you all soon again.

It was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The lounge area is very big with all the amenities working well. The contact Nagwa was especially helpful and kind. She was on hand at every possible moment to help with anything from answering queries to organising trips. She made the stay especially smooth.
