The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, and they were happy to offer advice on anything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent. The rooms were clean and new. The receptionist, Ms. Merna, was very kind and friendly—she also advised us whenever we needed help. If I ever return to Luxor, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Fabulous all round, staying at Malkata House made our stay in Luxor so relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were amazing, went out of their way to help us and look after us. The view was fantastic, right on the edge of the desert and the location is prefect for all the West Bank attractions. Food was great, the chef cooked us amazing meals. Bedrooms and bathroom very clean.

My mum and I stayed 5 nights and had a great stay. The room and the balcony are spacious. Bathroom is good too. We really enjoyed the rooftop top and the beautiful view of the Nile and Luxor on one side and the Valley of the Kings on the other side. The hotel is very close to the public ferry and it’s very easy to cross the Nile. Staff members were very friendly and they always made sure we had everything we needed. Big thank you to Ashraf and Abdel.

The location and facilities were great. It’s a no frills hotel with a good restaurant and a good pool (we did not use it). The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff and management were very nice and helpful. The location is great if you plan to go to the Valley of the Kings and the hot air balloon place.

Coming from a stressful Cairo we found a very calm and relaxing oasis with friendly people and good food. The owner Gaba gave us a very warm welcome from the beginning. He was also helping us with transfers and sightseeing and made the experience even more relaxing for us. The main sights are very close. Overall staying at Pharaonic Rose was more like visiting friends and we got in touch with Egyptian live and culture. That food that he cooked for us was also amazing and it shouldn’t be missed in the experience. We highly recommend this place for visiting Luxor on the more authentic and less crowded West Bank side. Thanks Gaba
