Hotels in Nabq Bay, Sharm El Sheikh

The staff were exceptionally cooperative especially, Mohammed & Mahmoud. The hotel stay in short was quite an excellent experience and have already planned to come next year with my wife and daughter, who will also definitely love the experience. The food was delicious & sumptuous and was indeed a whole new experience for myself and our team. Loved the entertainment programs as well as the pool view from my stay.

Good looking and perfect placement

The resort was amazing, we had an amazing 7 nights stay thanks to the staff and all the services. When we checked in, the receptionist Arands took very good care of us, provided his contact and assisted us with everything, he was amazing and always smiling and helpful, he's great!!! Then in terms of facilities, we had everything we needed, we were in Room 0303 so the location was perfect and super nice, only feedback is that the bar can be noisy at times due to people staying on the balcony till late. Ping pong and pool tables, swimming pool, beach, gym, spa, multiple restaurants: you have everything you need in the resort. The room was clean and Mahmoud took great care of it, always surprising us with new things in the room with towels in different shapes all the time, Mahmoud really deserves to be recognised, he's super nice and always available, we loved him! I would just improve the room, it was a little outdated but always clean! Food was great, plenty of options and always something new every day, we loved the quantity and variety (there are so many options!!) and it was very tasty with fresh things everyday and some live cooking going on everyday, also the staff was great and always ready to clean the table or get us drinks. The choice of desserts was incredible as well! I would just add better variety during snack times both in the lobby bar and at the pool, it was always the same things but the fresh juice during tea time was super good! The animation team is also great, Camilla was always there to share a few words with us and she was keeping us informed about things happening, she really does a great job together with Matteo who's very nice and always involving people for activities. Only feedback about the animation would be to have the daily activities published in the lobby near the stairs to go to the restaurant so it's visible and everyone sees it or share it with a loud speaker, otherwise people might miss stuff happening.

Staff are very helpful, welcoming and cheerful. They go extra mile to make you satisfied, from checking in staff, reception, cleaners and room service and management. They do above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable. It's hard to mention people's by names so not to forget for example, Ahmed, Shenouda, Mina, Ahmed, Ibrahim,Mina and Abanoub, and last not least Mr George.

Everything was excellent, location, facilities, value for money. We were in the sister hotel across the street but accessing all facilities which was great, letting us stay in a calm hotel but benefiting from all inclusive accommodation and activities.

The hotel was amazing, clean, the staff always helpful and smiling. The food and drinks are absolutely premium quality. The room had very comfy bed and was cleaned everyday. Thank you for making my holidays perfect! I will definitely come back.
