Everything is great. Adult section is classy and quiet. But the best thing….Yana, Achmed, amer and many many more great staff. Never had it like this.

They are very kind and hospitable people, they offered me coffee twice in the morning, they made a barbecue and invited me and we had lunch together, he gave me his bicycle to go to the market, the house is clean and tidy and the price is very good, a lot of words are not enough to describe these kind people, thank you very much and from the heart♥️

The apartment was very large, comfortable and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and exceeded my expectations. The host was really friendly and helpful with lots of advice for eating, shopping, things to do, etc. The host left water and a chocolate bar which was a nice touch.

Wow...what a resort....the building, the grounds,the spa,pools,beach,restaurants, bedroom's are 20/10....but nothing compares to the team that make this resort work...anybody that I talked to all have the same sentiment's....awesome staff...hamaba is your friendly driver from the hotel,a total gentleman..what a fantastic guy..kald who organises taxi for you,another gentleman..Amir,mohammad, kerollies and maher,. Your friendly bar men on 7 th floor.always smiling ...the pool guys.beach guys,spa team,everybody was just fantastic...a special thanks to my room attendent..his towel design was a cool touch and of course mr shenoda who put on a special treat on st patricks day with the help of Mr Niel and his wife ,total respect....I regret not getting everybody's name..I will next time...and remember everybody 'tipping is not a city in china' the team deserve every pound and more so dig deep..mr niall........
