I was very impressed with the apt it looked almost new from the inside. Couldn't have asked for a better apt it had everything ranging from dishwasher and washing machine (which I didn't know how to work wouldn't use a dishwasher for one person) loved having a bath tub. The apt was immaculate with the most incredible view.

Pools, cleanliness of facilities. The ability to use facilities in both hotels (Hills and Palms 100m nearby). Some staff are amazing (Russian speaking waitress in Palms restaurant was amazing in Hills they are all whatever except young guy working in evening) Pool guys was very nice and helpful in both hotels. Family room is very spacious! Bed is very comfortable! We also loved size of towels and huge bathroom.

This is the second time we have stayed at Apartamentos Michel Angelo in Benidorm. both times was our stay very nice. Staff is very warm and friendly. location is good, close to the city centre and big supermarket 100m away. We highly recommend this Apartamentos.

Where do i even start! We loved everything about this place! The room was very clean and beautiful, spacious and felt like home! The hotel offers you free water, coffee, tea and snacks 24h, and you don’t find that even in 5-stars hotels, which makes me wonder how this hotel and 1-star only, it definitely deserves more!!! The hotel is near the beaches and all of the attractions, you can go everywhere by walking distance! The staff was the nicest people I’ve ever met, the guys in the kitchen were so polite and friendly, they served us everything and held conversations with us! And what to say about the front desk staff! Both of them were amazing! They chatted with us, helped us with everything we needed and made sure that everything was perfect ALL. THE. TIME! A BIG THANK YOU to everyone, for everything you did for us! A special thank you to Frederic, the guy is the coolest person I’ve met, we wish we could have seen him too before leaving! He held our bags, gave us all the advices where to go and where to eat and what to see without even asking him and was full of energy! Benidorm is so pretty and this hotel with its people is even prettier!
