The location is great. Once you go outside the building, you will face a magnificent park with blossoming flowers and an old church in the background. The metro is right around the corner. There are a lot of different restaurants and pintxo bars around. Guggenheim museum is like 15 mins away, and while you walk there, you will be enjoying the astonishing modern architecture of the Abando neighbourhood.
