Carlos was polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed. The bed was huge and ever so comfortable. Loved the breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you Carlos for making our stay so comfortable.

The hostess was so kind and helpful and friendly!! The beds were comfy, each one had a bedside table, a red light lamp, and a diffuser. The location was fantastic and the kitchen was so cute and clean! Soap included for showers and sink which is a bonus.

Everything! Exceptional location with sweeping views of Granada, yet just a short walk down to the city centre and walkable from the Alhambra. The receptionist was very helpful when we asked for extra sheets late in the evening. The rooms and bathrooms are all beautiful, comfortable, spacious. Kitchen is well outfitted and comes with a Nespresso machine, lots of tea and coffee and milk! This was the best place we stayed in while holidaying in Andalucia.
