Nice & cozy house with marvelous front yard with blooms and lemon tree. We apreciated possibility to park car in the yard. House itself is big enough for 2 persons, that you even might need a map to navigate within. One of my best experiences with accommodations during travel.

This is a fabuloso apartment. On the ground floor. Easy access. Very clean and spacious. Close to good restaurants. Parks to walk our little dog..Who was most welcome. Taxi to city center for 5 euros..3 people and dog. Same return.

The flat is well located (right next to the Granada stadium) and an Uber ride to the centre only takes about 10-15min. The flat was clean and well equipped (toilet paper, towels, a few coffee capsules, working wifi, an iron, shampoo, soap - everything was there!) Maria was very keen to make sure we found the flat well, always communicated with me very directly and quickly on WhatsApp and was super polite. I will be back again!

The place is very modern yet has a lovely historical charm that gives it a warm and unique atmosphere. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washer, a full kitchen, and a kitchenette area. The space is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful, about a 30-minute walk from the city center, just 5 km from the Alhambra, and very close to the Nevada Shopping Mall. It is also only around 40 minutes by car to the coast and the sea, which makes it perfect for day trips. The owner was extremely kind, hospitable, and respectful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm.

It is easy to contact with the hosts. David's instructions about the house and car parking was clear. Not far away from the city centre. Reasonable choice when consodered the price and interest. Car parking was additional plus. Moreover, we had two cars, David found us a place on the street which is ok and safe. We have not experienced any bad thing. I can recommend it two young people, families with small kids. Underground car parking safe and easy even for an SUV.
