Exceptional hotel! The design and attention to the details are amazing. The stuff is really nice and helpful. The room was very clean and fresh. Also, we stayed with the small dog, and it was incredibly pleasant that he also got a doggy bed, bowls and welcome pack. The breakfast was impeccable with great variety of fresh fruit, cheese, etc. Location is also something worth mentioning, as the hotel has a perfect location near the park, train station and various bus stops. Definitely worth the price and I would strongly recommend it to anyone!

Can't rate this property highly enough. It is in a historic block from 1910 probably serving workers in the local factories, long since gone. Everything about this clean compact apartment was well designed and considered. With a lot of ingenious artistic features along a re-cycling theme. It was very quiet. Although space was small to have two separate bedrooms was perfect for us. We ate at the restaurant directly opposite which was very good too. Sergio, our host spoke perfect English and was extremely friendly, tactful and helpful.

The room was very neat and tidy, everything was clear to use or situated where it needed to be. The phone linked lock system, once on the WiFi was picked up was no problem at all, and the location in Pacifico was between a quiet area and a bustling metro that meant via there or a 30 minute walk to Atocha, you could get anywhere in Madrid quickly. There is a small supermarket and a laundrette only 1-2 minutes walk away around the corner, and the metro in under 5 either way along the main road. The staff were friendly and very helpful and understanding with luggage on your last day.

Hotel Palacio del Retiro, Autograph Collection is located opposite Madrid's famous Retiro Park and 550 metres from the Prado Museum.

Everything was very good. Breakfast was so delicious, many kind of food also they can do for you omelet next to you. Rooms is amazing! Love so much! Very clean, tidy so lovely. Just was disappointed that hotel can not to give on my check out day late check out. I have to seat with my child many hours, but I was sending mail and I ask on reception upon arrival. Not was problem to pay just on reception they told me hotel is busy.
