Very clean and well equipped, comfortable apartment. Basics such as tea, coffee, oil and spices were provided. The host is very easy to contact and responsive for any questions. Easy access to the Metro and it is on Line 5 which takes you straight into the centre of Madrid. Also very easy to get to and from the airport. We took the bus and Metro though you can just use the Metro.

Location is excellent. Close to the metro station. The administrator (unfortunately, I don't know the name, but he is the guy with gray hair, thank you very much!!) is great and very supportive. He makes the atmosphere very nice and friendly.
