The location was ideal. The hotel was amazing. The rooms were large, ours had a little balcony as well. There was a little table in the room with 2 chairs. The room had a barfridge and iron with ironing board. Large bathroom with twin basins, shower & bath facilities as well as bidet

The staff was a highlight for me—very kind and helpful, especially Ken and Adri! I loved that they promote a WhatsApp group at the hotel so guests can interact and plan outings together. They also offer a free dinner every night; you just need to leave your name and mention any dietary restrictions. The neighborhood is delightful—very peaceful yet with plenty of things to do nearby. It’s very well-located, safe, and quiet for sleeping. The beds are very comfortable, and everything in the hostel is SUPER clean. I would definitely stay here again!

All is OK. Perfect for city trip. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It's a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The host was amazing from start to finish, always available and very kind. My whole family was very happy with the room and the support we received during our stay. The house is very clean and well-maintained, which made our experience even better. The location is just incredible — right in the middle of the city, on Gran Vía. It’s the perfect spot for shopping, with a beautiful boulevard setting that feels like being in New York. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. I highly recommend it.

Hellen was an amazing host. We arrived after 26 hours of travelling from Australia, well before check-in time, and she offered to let us stay in an unoccupied apartment for a few hours until our apartment was ready. I'm not sure how we would have survived without it! The apartment itself was spacious and immaculate. The location was amazing. Easy walking distance to so many things (Prado, Royal Palace, Puetra del Sol, Mayor Plaza, etc), and right next to the metro if required. Would definitely stay again, thanks Hellen!

The apartments are located in a good area, there is a metro station nearby and you can reach all the main tourist destinations by foot. The apartments have two floors, well equipped with everything you need during the stay, clean and modern. The check-in is remote via electronic keys which is, to my mind, is a good advantage. You can ask questions to the host any time and he is always ready to help. We’ll be happy to stay here next time we are in Madrid.
