Everything was really good: really easy communication with Eva, good connection with transports and easy walk to some landmarks (city of arts & sciences) and beach. The apartment was really comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and there was a supermarket right outside. There are some nice restaurants nearby and the neighborhood had a more local and touristic vibe, which made it great to rest and avoid the confusion, while still being 5min away from the metro station.

We stayed in a newly listed apartment that was modern, stylish, very clean, and provided excellent comfort for our family with three children for more than a week. We were fully satisfied with everything. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with local pastries, coffee and drinks in the fridge. The location is perfect – the beach, the Museum of Arts and Sciences, Oceanogràfic, and Hemisfèric are all within about a 15-minute walk. Public transport, Lidl, McDonald’s and others are just around the corner (about 50 m). Our host, Maria-Angeles, was very kind, and despite the language barrier, communication was smooth and easy. She was always willing to help. A wonderful place to stay in Valencia – highly recommended!

Very modern and functional apartment in a great neighbourhood. Close to metro, bus just outside that goes to Oceanografic and other attractions. Big and spacious rain shower with nice toiletries. We were travelling with a 6 month old. Baby cot with linen and a high chair were provided which was superb. Bed was super comfy. Great host who gave us excellent recommendations. Loved the fact we had a restaurant literally behind the wall and could get excellent food, also take away.

Super nice and helpful hosts. Spacious, very clean and very well equipped apartment Location on the metro, close to the sea. In particurar we admired our hosts' attention to detail - small things such as variety of tea and cofee (including milk) which awaited us or the range of cosmetics available.

The location is perfect! Right next to the vibrant energy of Valencia’s nightlife, located close to the beach and shops. I recommend this stay with a car, it makes life a lot easier to get out the marina (5 min drive > 45 min walk). Parking in all of Valencia is super easy too. Shower and bathroom facilities in a separate area was perfect. The boat also has a cosy front patio/terrace to enjoy the gentle rocking of the sea. The kayak was a great addition to explore other areas of the marina and exercise. I will be staying again :)
