I booked for my mom and her friend. Room amenities, good value of breakfast, delicious coffee, kind staff. Close to the center and the metro station that goes to the airport. The room was clean and large and the staff helped us and was patient with us even though we don't speak English nor Spanish and mostly used a translation application.

This hotel is a gem! Very comfortable, modern, new. The beds are fantastic and just perfect pillows. Towels - wow) Room is very beautiful and very quiet. Aircon! You will never hear it, which is probably the first time happens with us :) And of course location cannot be better. We have enjoyed every minute there and will definitely come back. Thank you!

This studio apartment is perfectly designed. Every inch has a purpose so there's no wasted space, and our family of 4 (with 2 teen boys) had plenty of room. The air conditioning was great during a heat wave, the furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we even got a welcome basket with fresh water, chips and coffee pods! On our first night, we realized the shower was clogged, and water soaked our bathroom. The next day, after we returned from a day out, the shower was fixed and we had fresh towels! I only interacted with the apartment managers through chat, but they were super responsive. We had a great experience with this place and highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly, and the location was great. The room was pretty nice, but the restroom had a slight smell. It wasn’t dirty, in fact, it was very clean. I think it might be a city issue.

Amazing experience with the hotel — the room was perfectly clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The view from the room outlooked the street and at first I thought it would be loud but it turned out to be rather quiet. All the facilities were working properly — there is a very good shower zone. The bed had several pillows and despite the small size, the room felt quite spacious. Would love to come again!
