I travel a lot to different countries and cities, and I try to choose places that meet several criteria for my holidays.: convenient location, comfort inside and matching the description. this place fully meets all the criteria. I read reviews about sound insulation and it's true, but our neighbors turned out to be good people who didn't make any noise even after 21:00. The location is excellent, you can take several routes to the beach and the city center. There is a park area nearby, and a grocery store is not too far away. The apartments themselves have a little kitchen, refrigerator, and a great large bathroom. I also want to mention the cleanliness and daily cleaning. this is an indicator of a good hotel. I also want to point out that I requested a room on the top floor and it was taken into account. I also noticed that the hotel has a laundry room, but I didn't ask how to use it. In conclusion, I want to fully recommend this place to you, to be honest, we spent several days in comfort!

Lovely apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff are exceptional- super friendly and helpful! We were travelling with our toddler and they really made our stay fantastic. The hotel also had extra touches for those of us travelling for the Valencia marathon- a little “good luck” note, snacks, free massages after the race! We appreciated all of it. The property is also a short walk away from Turia Gardens and the closest Metro stations, super easy to get around.

The staff were particularly helpful and suffered some foolish questions from me in a highly professional manner. The Hotel was well appointed and close to public transport for easy access around the City. There were a number of restaurants nearby as well.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable place at a great location. You can go to everywhere from the bus station infront of the hostel or the metro station near there. When you close your curtains you have your own private area. It was quiet in every hour so perfect place to make siesta. Bathroom was so clean. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, flip-flops. Rooms were smell so clean and the bed was comfortable. It felt like little home. I will stay here again if I will come to Valencia. Thank you.

This is our second time staying in this apartment .Perfect location ; 3 minutes away from shops ,bars and supermarkets; The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the apartment , and the bus will take you straight to the beach and also Valencia old town . The bed is so comfortable.

Breakfast was great! The friendly staff, Alec, Miquille and Diego went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. So lovely to see their friendly faces when you walk into the shop. What a lovely place!!
