This is the first time I'm writing a review on booking.com. I'm writing it because a 5/5 isn't enough. Bruk and Betsi are really doing something amazing. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and with hosts that are the best one can imagine. I went there expecting just another guesthouse and I found friends, who helped me with everything I needed - excursions included - and made my time there just great! 100000/10 would recommend :)

I was positively surprised! The room was pleasant, breakfast plentiful, the hotel has a central location close to sights and public transport, and it offers amenities and services such as a gym and sauna. I felt safe all the time. What most impressed me, though, was the very service-oriented staff and professional management, going out of their way to accommodate me. Everyone was always very helpful and friendly. The price/value ratio is excellent. I would stay again any time.

Good location and cozy place to stay. At first I wasn’t feeling great—maybe because of the altitude or just travel fatigue—but the room was clean and cozy, and I started to feel much better during my stay. The staff were incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again!

The hostess, Ms. Muna, and her husband were very kind to everything during my stay at the Brighton Guest House. When I had problems using the RIDE app, they helped me get a driver to the National Museum and the airport. Especially when my details expired after 7 days, Muna helped me to top up through her account. I can then immediately access the internet to manage my travel reservations. They were very helpful and professional in everything they did. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are well-equipped and very clean. I would highly recommend Brighton Guest House to visitors.

The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were exceptionally gentle, polite, and friendly, making every effort to accommodate our requests. One highlight was the coffee ceremony held every Saturday at the hotel, which was truly impressive.
