It’s really nice and comfy. Manager is really good, he tries to accommodate everyone. You can ask him to manage halaal food (Mandi), which is quite good and economical. Workers here are really nice and very easy to approach. Its near sweden embassy also, you can commute easily.

Fantastic stay and hospitality.
Haile, the owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They received me after midnight and guided my taxi driver to find the location, helped with ATM/bank issues, provided me with detailed information about Addis and traveling around Ethiopia.
Room is spacious, has a TV table that serves as a working desk. A hot shower. Morning coffee or tea. Don't let the location discourage you, this spot is very convenient, just a few minutes from the city train and close to one of the bus stations (Lamberet Menaharia).
I enjoyed restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Shola market which is right next to the apartments is great. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were exceptionally gentle, polite, and friendly, making every effort to accommodate our requests. One highlight was the coffee ceremony held every Saturday at the hotel, which was truly impressive.

Something to take note of, the apartments are on the rooftop of a 5 story building (which serves as a good exercise for lazy bums, including myself haha)
