Super stylish and wonderfully comfortable apartment in an unbeatable location in the centre of the old town. Kim was so helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and all to a very high standard. We wished we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was cozy and had everything you needed. Laurent also had taken the time to put together a folder with lots of information about the apartment (e.g. how to operate the appliances, where you can find nearby cafes and restaurants) along with suggestions for things to do around Annecy. The location was perfect and made it easy to access all the old town has to offer. From the time of booking Laurent was very prompt with responding to any questions and also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the apartment and the car park space.

Very central. Wonderful area. Lovely apartment. Relatively spacious. Two bedrooms. Aircon in one annexe room. Quirky, attractive decor. Very kind and helpful hostess.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets.

Location is perfect. The staffs and manager is very helpful. Even though our next booking at the Alps De Huez was scammed, Le Splended Hotel Lac D Annecy staff helped us to communicate with the tourist office and assist us to look for another accommodation. Location is perfect in the old town. Hotel and Restaurant staff are delightful. We felt very welcome here. Quintessentially French old building but recently refurbished rooms that were quiet, contemporary and clean. It offers the best of both worlds plus the comfortable beds we have slept in! Don’t miss the amazing breakfast.
