The studio was spacious and in a great location — right in the heart of Vieil Antibes on the 4th floor. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were plenty of amenities, including a washing machine and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding.

I think everything was as described in the description and shown in the pictures.
When we went to the apartment, the cleaning had not been done. I don't know if there had been any problems with the communication, but the cleaner was quickly brought there. In the meantime, while we went to eat, the sheets and towels had been changed and the floors had been mopped. The location of the apartment is great. Grocery store and restaurants are very close. The train station is about 300m away. The heart of the old town is about 500m away. Bus stops are right next door. The beach is about 1km away, which can also be reached by bus. The noise of cars on the busy street can of course disturb light sleepers late at night or early in the morning, but it didn't bother us.

What a fantastic new apartment in the heart of Antibes on the vibrant Rue Aubernon.
Beautifully decorated, well air-conditioned and bright and airy.
Good facilities: very comfortable beds, large fridge, kitchen, washing machine etc. and excellent soundproofing for the light sleepers.
3 mins to the beach.
4 mins to the Qpark for drivers.
0 minutes to some of the best French food you can find anywhere.

Everything was wonderful. I loved Nice in France thanks to this host. He greeted us at the door. He was a very friendly and kind person, and the house was beautiful and very clean. The host even turned on the air conditioning when we arrived. The house has everything you could want. I definitely recommend it.

Great location for beaches and the old town. Good bathroom and kitchen facilities, terrace with a sea view. Very spacious. Lift available. Agency staff were very polite and easy to deal with. Amazing ice cream parlour across the road and takeaway pizza place just around the corner. Supermarket up the road and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Old town just a 5min walk. Bus station 10mins.
