Very clean and comfortable. The property interior looks newly refurbished in a modern, stylish finish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were some really lovely touches, such as a complimentary bottle of wine and a welcome note.

It is a lovely boutique holtel about 10mins walk from the centre of Bordeaux city. The staff are exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond our expectations in booking restaurants and taxis , for example. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed.

The building is historical, well placed, central. The room is amazing! It's much more than a boutique hotel! Everything is perfect: the details, the service, the bed, the bathroom. Large rooms and hotel recently renovated last April. They gave me an unexpected upgrade! Everything shiny and new. In an excellent central location. Bar de Vin and the trams /tourist bureau just around the corner. Staff, especially Maria at reception friendly and helpful. I would definitely return
