We stayed for ten nights and will definitely be back when we visit Bordeaux again. Staff was great, very clean spaces, location was excellent right in the start of the old town. They made sure to clean our room at the middle of our stay instead of the week, much appreciated on our part. Laundry was easy and fast. A great choice for families, couples and solo travelers alike. Highly recommended. They have immediate access to the underground parking through the elevators. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Rooms are spacious and we had a lovely balcony overlooking a garden. Didn't try the breakfast.

Our stay was excellent from being to end. Every encounter with a member of staff was exceptional. They all seemed genuinely pleased and happy to make our stay perfect. Additionally, our dog was made to feel very welcome. The location is excellent and with easy access to the car park. We will definitely be back..
